G'day Y'all

Well I'm back in Aus finally and it feels soo great to be home! I actually got back on Friday morning, but have been lazy and not been bothered to blog! I actually didn't feel as jetlagged as I thought I would getting off the plane in Australia, I was just like so so happy to get home. And Ben's b'day present got through customs - I was so happy bout that!

The plane flight home was pretty bad becuase I was sick for like 9 out of the 15 hours. And it was pretty turbulent at times. They made us sit down heaps cuase it was too dangerous to stand up. I had these sharp pains in my stomach - like somone stabbing me with a knife and they didnt go away for so so long. And before I got on the plane I had all my nice, new clothes on and I had just ordered a caramalatte from a coffee place and took a sip and placed by boiling hot cup of coffee on the table next to me and... of course, my clumsy brother michael knocks the WHOLE cup of coffee of me, drenching the whole of my skirt and jacket and top AND undies and giving me red burn marks down my leg. it was NOT pleasant!

Anyway I'll fill you in on my last 2 days in L.A!
Well the tour with Anne was like the best thing I have ever done in my entire life! It doesn't help that I like fully love "Charmed" where she works as well! (Oh and I accidently got it wrong - she works at Paramount Pictures not Universal Studios!)
So we arrived there and she took us in and showed us the girls trailers and the wardrobe trailer where she showed us all the costumes the girls were wearing tomorrow and i was like argh and took lots of pics!
THEN she took us backstage into all the sets, while they were filming even!, and I got to take pictures of the attic and the rooms etc etc. And then she introduced me to some people and everyone was so nice and I felt like so important i was like argh lol! And then the makup lady took me into the makeup van, and showed me all these personal pictures of Rose McGowan and Alyssa Milano and Holly Marie Combs and then she did my makeup for me, and then GAVE ME the lipgloss that she'd used on the girls to keep! And I was like akfjbsakfjbejgigbergjber! it was the best thing ever.
Then we went on the actual organised tour of the whole Paramount Pics and I was like Boring! I;m more imporatnat than this! Lol..
The next day was our last day and we went to the Museum of Intolerance and I randomly got like caught up in this school group (so i was like on their school tour and answering "groupwork" questions with them) it was so funny. Cause I was like their age and they dont't wear uniform so I fully blended in. Hehe.. then we went to the Getty Centre which is like a museum which was boring! Then we went home!

Yay that's my trip all wrapped up in a nutshell! And I am SOO happy to be home I've missed everyone so much! And unfortunatley I;ve gotta go back to school on Wednesday! :'( (Tuesday for musical prac aswell) Damn...

Well, love you all!

L.A - The City Of Boulevards

well I've arrived in L.A, our final destination before (finally) home! We spent yesterday driving to Santa Monica following our cousins, Ann, Terry and their daughter Cassie. Cassie has just turned 4 and she's blonde and o cute. she's talks and talks and talks and has the cutest llittle american accent! i speak with an american accent to her so she can understand me (i find that litlle kids have trouble doing that)

We arrived in our very small hotel room (we all sleep in the same room) and then went over to Ann's house where we walked down the block and went out to dinner at *shudder* Mexican..

IIt's my birthday today so even thouh we had a terrible night last night - i didnt sleep at all- cause dad was throwng up for hours, we still went to O.C. Then we went shopping on 3rd Street Promenade where i bought myself somebday presents. O.C was nice, we walked down Newport Beach + Pier n bought some memorailia. It was a beautiful day 2day, 77 degrees! In themiddle of winter as well!

Tomorrow anne"s taking us to Charmed where she works as a costumer (in Universal Studios) n giving us a behind th scenes tour! How exciting!

The next day is our last day and we're catching th plane on Wed at 10pm (5pm Thu aus time) and I'll arrive in Syd airport at 8am Friday!

See you all then! Missing you,
Beth xx

Settling down with my Lexus and mansion..

Well I'm in Santa Barabara atm, currently staying at the exclusive Birnham Woods Golf Club place that only members can stay at, but we're allowed to cause Uncle John is a member. It's ab. beautiful here. So far this is my favourite place of all! It is so so so gorgeous here, honestly. It's not scuzzy and dirty and sleazy at all. Trees line the sides of the roads and make little shelters that lights creep through, all the houses are huge. Starting prices for anything here are $3million (and thats a minimum) This has been my favourite place to be at out of all my destinations (Florida, California, Arizona, Nevada)

People drive around in their Lexuses, Bentleys, Porches and Ferraris. It's so upperclass. We are visting relatives here (my Great Uncle John and some cousins) and all our meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are eaten in private dining rooms. This morning we had valet parking. Ellen (dont know how she's related to me - her hsband is uncle johns son) is really really nice and beutiful and young looknig even though shes 40. (everyone round here is beautiful - its seriously like the O.C has come to life and I'm living in it!) Cause its my bday in like 2 days (1 day in Aus) she took me on a shopping spree down the Santa Monica Boulevard, going to all the designer shops. She was like my own personal dresser and stylist. She picked out all these beautiful outfits for me so I have lots of lovely new clothes now :)

The service in all the shops is really good becuause everyone assumes you're rich and are gonna buy heaps of things! So you get all these shop assisstants grabbing a million things to match to an outfit and they fully help you out, giving you advice, gettting you different sizes, doing everything! And at the restaurants, your drink is never empty, your every need is looked after, its just amazing. There is a beautiful beach lining the whole of this neighbourhood, its the one that continues down through Orange County and Laguna Beach. This whole western strip is basically one big connection, and everything down here is like this. Actually I think Montecito (Santa Monica) is actually nicer than O.C (but I haven't been there yet, so I'll update you on my opinion once I get there!

Uncle John and Aunty Marny have a really nice house (it's actually a small one because they sold their big mansion in Orange County (oh its great to have rich relatives!)) and Ellen and Jack with their two 5-yr-old twin boys, Ian and Jens, left this afternoon. Atm we have John's daughter over with her daughter and we're having dinner with them tonight. I'm gonna take some videos of the room I'm staying in cause it's sooo nice

Sorry bout lack of pics btw, I can't get them on the computer! Anyway I must be off asap cause we're about to leave for dinner! I hope I've described this place well enough and painted the picture that I was trying to paint. Cause this place is indescribable!

Tomorrow we drive to Santa Barbara (which is furthur down the west coast) were we stay for the next couple of days, then L.A for 4 days then home! So I hope you're all having a wonderful time back at home, see you soon for the last 4 days of holidays!

Love from (posh) Beth
Off in my Lexus I go..!

7th Wonder of the World

Well since I last blogged we went to the Grand Canyon! It was absolutley beautiful there, even though it took a 15hour bus ride to get there and back! Overall we travelled 600miles (which is 1000kms) both ways. It was freezing once we got there late afternoon, and the sun wasn't out (obviously) so the rocks didnt look as beautiful as they usually do when the sun is shining and sparkling off them! Seeing as we spent most of the day travelling and not much of the day looking, there isn't much to talk about on that subject (to my mothers dismay)

The next day we went OUTLET SHOPPING!! Which I have been looking forward to since I found out about this trip! We spent all day there, from about 10am to 6pm and I got tons of clothes (mainly Tommy Hilfiger things) a Zippo lighter, an iTrip and some shoes (including cowboy boots) Then at night we went to a dinner show that was like Medieval ppl performing. And for some strange reason there were men in leather underpants there. Ok random. I'll blame it on Vegas.

The next day we drove all the way through the boring Mojave Desert to get to California, Santa Barbara, Monticeto! Don't know if I'll have time to talk about that, my internet time is limited!

Missing you all,
Beth xx

The Vegas - "Puts the Sin in Sin City"

Well here I am again folks, blogging from... (world first) MY TV! Yes apparently they've invented Internet on the TV now, much to my surprise. And it only costs $6.95 for 2 hours or $9.95 for 24 hours continuous. Which si much cheaper than the business center in my hotel (MGM Grand) which is $5 for the first 5 minutes then 70c per minute after that. I nearly choked on my own surprise when they told me that.

Anyway, I have arrived in (as Seth famously called it) "The Vegas"
Although Seth said, "I looove the Vegas", and Beth thinks she doesn't really love the Vegas. As I saw in a billboard advertisement, "Vegas puts the Sin in Sin City" -- for sure.

It all started with a 2.30am wake up call from Disneyworld. We then had to be ready and picked up by 3.20am, where we were transported at 4am to the airport. It was a public holiday cause it was Martin Luther King Jr Day (useless piece of info but thought I'd share it with you anyway) We had to hang around the airport for 2 hours before our flight. Dad insisted we take all our spare snacks from Disneyworld we didnt use (we were on a Dining Plan and recieved 5 snacks a day - many of which we didnt eat) so I felt very common eating out of a paper bag.

Then we had our first flight. 2.5 hours to Dallas, Texas. I was there for all of 2 hours and I discovered that Texas is big, flat, dry, and full of cowboys. It also happens to be the fattest state in the world, and so I wasn't surprised when all the Burger Kings and Maccas were full at 8am. Then we got ull at 8am. Then we got on our second flight to Vegas. It was a terrible flight, really really turbulent. Not to mention I was so so tired. By the end of the day I'd been up for nearly 22hrs (the early rise and travel makes it worse) and we were all bickering and I just wanted to go home.

But we arrived in The Vegas none-the-less and our hotel is really really nice which is good. It's posh, which is a contrast to the rest of Vegas. We have two rooms interconnecting rooms with really nice beds with feather pillows and marble ensuites. its freezing here, 40 degrees farenheit, which is about 4 degrees celcius. We had to force ourselves to stay awake, so we had lunch and dinner and explored the hotel.

The hotel doubles as casino so there are slot machines everywhere you go. Across the road is the New York New York hotel which we went shopping in and it has a roller coaster surroundiog it (about 5 hotels here do) it also has a Coyote Ugly bar, which I wanted to go into. Damn the stupid over-21 law. I can pass as 18, but not 21...

I saw my first bunch of dancing bar girls, at a bar in our hotel. Hehe it looked really fun and they were actually good dancers. It wasnt too sleazy so I wasn't repulsed and hadnt really seen the bad side of Vegas yet. There is also a lion enclosure in the hotel, which is really sad. it makes me feel sorry for the lions who are trapped in thes glass enclosure with people looking at them all the time.

The next day (today) Mum and Dad decided they wanted to take us around to see some of the casinos, so we caught the newly-installed mono-rail. We ended up at Circus Circus, after getting off at the Hilton and walking around for 30mins trying to find our way. Vegas is really dirty and yuck. On evry street we had to walk past porno vending machines and sidewalks littered with alcohol bottles. There are bums lying on the street and dust everywhere (seeing we are in the middle of the desert) Its so weird cause it's like city, and then you turn your head and you're surrounded by rocks. It's kind of dead in the day but there are still alcoholics and druggies walking around drinking and loading up and provocative signs flashing everywhere. It's nice in the hotels but once you actually get out there...

So anyway we ended up at Circus Circus whichwas really bad. It was grotty and smelt like smoke. Mum wanted to take us there cause it used to be really nice when she last came but apparently now it wasnt. So we attempted to leave but the boys kept on complaining they were hungry and Dad wanted to go on a rollercoaster on the top of a building. So we finally got out and Dad made us trudge all the way to the ride and we were all angry and bickering along the way. We got there and Dad realised you had to pay to get there so said "I didnt ever wanna go here" and started to blame us all and it was all messy. So he eneded up leaving us and we went and got lunch. He's still sulking now and I'm back at the hotel.

We're going Grand Canyon 2moz so I'm hoping it will be better, Get out of the scum. Then the next day is our last day where we are picking up the car and going to the bhiggest factory outlet store in the world! Woohoo, I'm so excited bout shopping. Oh we saw an iPod vending machine today. Twas quite funny. I took a photo :) Then we're spending a day driving through the desert to get to L.A. Then 4 days there then I'm home again! Woohoo.

Oh and tonight we're going on a limosuine tour :) I'm very excited bout that! :) :)

Lots of love, don't know when I'll next get access, and prolly won't have time again in Vegas. Thanks for your emails.

Yay I'm back online! Mum agreed to pay for my blogging=affording access is no longer a problem! I've been in a dreamy mood today- we had our first day doing absolutley nothing and it was great. I strolled down to this little beach/lake thing where the sand is like WHITE and so nice and lay on a hammock and read "Glamour" magazine which was really nice.

Ok so I'll update you sicne my last blog. After I got off the computers last time Dad and I went down to the little coffee/bar place in the Contemporary and we made a new friend called Jorge. He was really nice and we talked for like an hour and a half as we waited for Mum and the boys to meet us. He even gave us free drinks! :) I felt REALLY sick that night from all the disgusting food we'd been eating and we had ANOTHER character dinner (which I am really getting over by now) so I didn't eat I just sat there, and sat in the bathroom feeling sick (not that I ever throw up anyway)

The next day we went to Downtown Dinsey, which is basically just a shopping place. The only stuff I've bought so far are 2 T-shirts for me, and 2 DVD's (which I hope work in Aus! Does anyone know if Region 1 DVD's are compatible?) Exorcism of Emily Rose and Mean Girls (cause it was cheap) Narnia isn't out yet which was sad cause I was really hoping it was so I could buy it!! Went to Cirque du Soleil that night what was absolutley fabulous! The people are amazing, it's really realyl worht going to see! In Downtown Disney we found this store which sold toffee apples but like customised ones. So you could have ones covered in chocolate or caramel with nuts or lollies or whatever u wanted. they were so awesome. or as Mrs Boshier woul say "Divine!"

Next day we went to MGM Studios - which is just like Movieworld in QLD really! The best bit was this roller coaster we went on. Except I hated the start bit. It accelerates from 0-60miles per hour in 2.8 seconds!! Let me tell you tyou definatley feel it! Our dinner was the best though. We went to this drive in movie place. Where the tables where u eat dinenr are actually cars with mini tables instyalled and u watch clips from old movies. it was so so great :):)

We've got 2 more days left after today then we're heading off to Vegas. I'm kinda glad to leave here because I personally think that 10 days are too long!~! Even though it is heaps of fun! it's my birthday in 10 days (or 11 if ur in Aus cause of time difference) which I'm not really looking forward 2 but yeah watev.

I miss everyone, what with no contact and all. Can't wait to get back but still haveing a great time here! Love you all,

Beth xx

expensive access

Ok I've gotta be quick, the internet here is sooo expensive. Cause I'm in Disneyworld, and it's $10 per 15minutes. Gosh its riduculous! Anyway, it took us over 30 hours to get 2 the U.S, 3 plane flights and 2 buses to get there. SO we were pretty dead after. It's true about how fat people are here, it's like every second person is obese. It's the saddest to see the children. Last night we went to this revue thing and they served us buckets of fried chicken and ribs. Literally in buckets.

This will probably be the only time I can afford internet until maybe I get to the airport or get to Las Vegas back into the non-magical world. Our first day we went to Magic Kingdom and it's absolutley beautiful. The big castle you see in all the pictures overlooks the whole place. At night there was this huge parade and they put fireworks on every night. It costs them $35,000 per night in all the fireworks they have. Our first day was huge, we went on heaps of rides but couldnt do it all cause the whole place is seriously huge! My fave ride was this Space Mountain one which is a huge roller coaster but it's inside this huge dome and so it's all balck with stars and yeah it's really awesome. We had a dinner at a character restaurant, so people in like Mikey, Pooh, Tigger etc. suits jump around and say Hi. Mum thinks its cool.

The whole of DisneyWorld is gigantic. Like it's hard to fathom. It's 15mins from one side of our RESORT to the other, and you can travel for over an hour on a bus to get around the whole of DisneyWorld. It takes up a huge portion of Orlando let me tell you.

Then the next day we went to Epcot. Was kinda alright-ish, until we went to the country side. They have like 10 countries where they make little worlds of the countries. So we went to dinner in France and it was the most gorgeous place I've ever seen, I felt like I was in France. And they had all their French people working there who spoke French to us. It was really really magical.

Then we went to Animal Kingdom where we went on a Safari. We had to get up so early that morning to go to this stupid character breakfast. And it was not worth it I felt sick the rest of the day. The breakfast was disgusting. They had Krispy Kremes and Pizza!! And this weird thing call biscuits and gravy, which was really like scones with a white sauce. Yuck. And I saw a BABY being fed a Krispy Kreme. I swear that's child abuse.

I've just gotten back from Blizzard Beach which is a water park. Oh yeah the first 2 days here was tlike a cold snap so it was sooo freezing, but its back to nice weather now thankfully. The water park was fun, but I'm in pain from the water slides, and all my brusies and red marks and cuts. To get to internet I have to travel for like 30mins on the bus so I prolly wont blog for like another week or so.

Next stop is a plane to Dallas, Texas, where I get another plane to Las Vegas. Then I will speak to you next!

Ben I've already bought you a little present 4 valentines day :P I miss you so so much, it's been like 2 weeks already! :( Send me an email, send me a message, I'm missing not talking to you.

Fare be well y'all.

Love Beth xx

Gate 10

I am currently at Gate 10 in Sydney's International Airport. It took us 2 hours to get through customs! It was seriously insane, lots of line waiting and annoyiong bag checking. It's under an hour until I get on the plane where I am in store for over 36 hours of travelling. I am seriously gonna be sick once I get to L.A/Miami/Disneyworld. The internet here is free atm which is really random but good. It's slow but yeah.. FREE!

I found this bottle of mini baileys. 200ml! It is so cute it's like a limited edition thing for only $5 but you have 2 spend $50 or more. I might get it if they have it in L.A. Or maybe just on the way back home. I got to talk to Ben last night for the first time in a week which was great :) He had to climb to the top of a mountain though and drive for like 20mins but we FINALLY (after much struggling) got enough reception to have an audible phone conversation.

Well anyway I can't say much more till I actually get there! Should be boarding soon!
Have fun back at home, I'll miss you all.

Love Beth xx

P.S The keyboard has Asian characters underneath all the letters.. its so confusing! lol

I miss Ben. 25 days left till I can see him again.

here comes the aeroplane

Well I'm leaving for America on Friday! This Friday at 12.30 I will be catching the plane to L.A. Kinda scary. But yeah.. this blog will kinda turn into my overseas blog. So if you all wanna know what I'm getting up to etc. just tune in and find out. Oh and if you want to contact me you'll need to msg +1412213506 (costs about 35c per msg (depending on ur network)) but don't call cause it's too expensive. In case you wanted to know here's a little overview of my intinery.

Friday 06 - Plane to L.A (stop-over for 2 hours - approx. 30hr plane flight)
- Plane to Miami (like 15hr flight)
- Bus to Orlando, Disneyworld! (4hr car drive)
(AND ALL THAT'S STILL ON FRIDAY 6TH! :P)

Then I'm spending 10 days in Disneyworld (not to be confused with DisneyLAND, DisneyWORLD is like 10 times bigger, its seriously huge!)

Then I'm flying to Las Vegas! Apparently our flight back to Las Vegas is now schedualed to stop-off in Dallas= I can now also visit the fattest state in the world!! Woo! In Las Vegas we're staying in a hotel where its like a mini New York and a rollercoaster takes you around to your room. I'll be there for about a week and visiting Grand Canyon while there.

Then hiring a car and driving ALL the way back to L.A where we shall visit my super rich uncle (eh'xcelent, he pays for stuff.. he's a retired federal judge in U.S and won gold in Olympics couple of times for swimming=loaded!) in Santa Barbara and possibly some more relatives in Fresno. Then it is my birthday (so far we're up to the 23rd (sorry bout lack of dates) ) and mum said I can go wherever I want to sooo.. I'm gonna go to Tijuana (TJ- where they went in OC) which is in Mexico (it has lots of cool markets and nice beach etc) then gonna go to OC Newport Beach (where the aforementioned rich uncle used to live!)

Then I shall be jetting home on another long long flight! Oh and also somewhere along the way we are going to the biggest factory outlet store in the world (it has like 5 hotels INSIDE it! :O) :) :)

"When you're perfect you can judge"

That's why God is the best judge.
Sometimes I think Christians forget that a bit too often. Don't judge people support them. It's between God and the person. Including the reasons why they do/did what they do.

Ok yes that was kinda random.
On a different note: happy new year!
